ImgNeo (imgneo.com) provides free online image processing tools, including but not limited to image compression, format conversion, resizing, cropping, watermarking, filtering, background removal, and more. All image processing is performed entirely within your web browser using client-side technology — your images are never uploaded to our servers.

The service is provided free of charge and does not require registration or account creation.

2. Acceptable Use

By using ImgNeo, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Process images that you do not have the right or permission to modify
• Use the service to create, process, or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service's functionality or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service in a manner that places excessive load on our infrastructure
• Use the service to process content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of all images you process using ImgNeo. Since your images are processed locally in your browser and never uploaded to our servers, we never have access to, claim ownership of, or distribute your content.

The ImgNeo website, including its design, code, logo, and branding, is the intellectual property of ImgNeo. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the website without our written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ImgNeo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any processed images will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

You use the service at your own risk. We recommend keeping backups of your original images before processing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ImgNeo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or images
• Damage to your device or software
• Any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Any claim arising from the processing results of your images

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to use the service, which is zero as the service is provided free of charge.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including the addition or removal of tools and features, without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
